I had my Tile paired with my phone in about a minute, so I really can’t complain. To be fair, I was expecting at least a little setup hassle, but it went smoothly and I didn’t run into any issues. Happy with it so far

I lost my keys somewhere between leaving work and getting on the train, and I was sure they were gone. I checked my bag about ten times and had that awful sinking feeling the whole way home.

Later on I opened the Tile app just to try it, not really expecting much, and it showed an update from the network near a cafe I’d walked past. I had no idea anyone nearby was using Tile, but somehow it picked them up quickly.
I went back the next morning and the keys were sitting at the counter. Such a huge relief after stressing about it all night. I’m really glad I had it on there.

It worked fine at first, but the battery didnt last nearly as long as I expected. I ended up having to charge it way too often, which was frustrating

The subscription has been worth it for me. It saves me a bunch of daily stress, which is kinda the whole point lol. For the price, I’m happy with it and don’t really have any big complants.

I’ve had this Tile on my keys for over a year, and I’ll be honest, I assumed early on it probably wouldn’t last. It’s been dropped, rained on, shoved in pockets, and tossed around pretty much every day. Somehow it still works fine, and the case hasn’t even cracked. I definitely didn’t expect it to hold up this well...

I lost my keys and this app helped me find them fast. It was simple to use and didn’t give me any headaches, which I definetly appreciated.

I felt a bit pressured to keep checking it, but the location updates do come through really fast, which is nice.

It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain about the basic function. But it feels overpriced for what you’re getting. I reached out about it and just got one of those canned apology replies, which was more annoying than helpful. If it were cheaper, I’d feel a lot better about it.

Tile works fine overall, but I’ll admit I probably assumed the alerts would be instant every time. Sometimes they pop up right away, and other times I’m sitting there thinking it missed it completely, only for the notification to show up later. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I do wish it felt a bit more reliable.

I’m just using the free plan, for my situation it’s been enough. There are definitely some limits, so I wouldn’t say it has every feature you could possibly want, but I mainly got it to help me find my keys when I misplace them around the house. For that basic purpose, it works totally fine. Setup was straightforward too — I didn’t have to mess around with a bunch of confusing steps or settings. So far I haven’t run into any major problems, and as long as it keeps helping me track down my keys when I need it, I don’t really feel the need to upgrade.

I’ve been using Tile for a while now, mostly for my keys, and overall it’s been a solid little helper. Most of the time the app connects without any issues, and it’s saved me from tearing the house apart more than once. That said, it’s not flawless, every now and then it takes a bit longer to connect or doesn’t work as smoothly as I’d like. Still, for the most part, it does what I need and cuts down on a lot of stress.

Maybe it’s just me, but the security side seems fine overall. I just don’t feel totally impressed with the privacy stuff — it’s not bad, just kind of okay

I returned my Tile order and did eventually get the refund, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and the support replies were slow, which made me feel kind of ignored while I was waiting. Nothing was a total disaster, but the return process could’ve been a lot clearer.

I used it yesterday and it actually saved my morning. I’m usually the one digging around while everyone else is already out the door, but this time I found my keys right away. Works well and definitely made me feel a little more put together than the usual crowd rushing around.

I really like that I can change the battery myself. It was easy, easy enough that I didn’t have to mess with replacing the whole tracker or buying a new one.

My Tile got here quicker then I was expecting. Packaging was fine and I had no trouble with the tracking, all went good

I reached out to support and thought I’d be waiting a while, but they got back to me quickly. The reply was actually helpful too, not just some generic response. To me, that makes a big difference because it feels like they actually paid attention to what I needed.

Am I the only one who had trouble getting this Tile set up? It took way longer than I thought it would. The app kept loading and wouldn’t really move forward, and I ended up restarting my phone twice before it finally activated. It seems to be working fine now, so that’s good, but the setup process was annoying and not super clear...

I really like the idea of Tile, but the app keeps losing connection to my tags even when they’re close by. Sometimes it picks them up right away, and other times it just spins and says they were last seen hours ago. I’ve restarted my phone a bunch of times trying to fix it. Anyway, it does work sometimes, but it’s just not reliable enough for me to count on every day...

It works every now and then, but most of the time my phone either starts ringing way too late or doesn’t ring at all
